Lead Software Engineer

You should have at least 5 years of experience in software development using C#, .NET Core/Framework, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework. You must be proficient in SQL Server and have a working knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Redis, or Cassandra. It is essential to have experience with JavaScript and at least one front-end framework such as Vue.js, React, or Angular. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, Azure or AWS also considered) is required. Experience with microservices, REST APIs, Git, CI/CD tools, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar) is necessary. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are expected. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications using .NET Core, MVC, Web API, and JavaScript frameworks. You will work with cloud-native architecture to develop microservices and serverless components (GCP preferred). Your role will involve implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Collaborating in Agile teams, contributing to planning, and mentoring junior developers will be part of your responsibilities. You will conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for performance, security, and maintainability. Furthermore, you will be expected to optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Nice to have skills include advanced C# concepts (LINQ, lambda expressions, async/await, generics), cloud certifications (GCP/Azure/AWS), UI/UX experience with HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap, familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and GitHub workflows, and exposure to Python or PostgreSQL.,
