Role Overview:

Lead Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and architecture.
Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications using modern technologies.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and DevOps teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
Own technical design and architecture decisions, ensuring maintainability and scalability.
Review code, provide feedback, and enforce engineering standards.
Implement DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring.
Ensure application security, performance optimization, and reliability.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
Manage project timelines, task allocations, and ensure on-time delivery.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
