Lead Backend heavy Fullstack Engineers

As of mid 2025, it processes over 4 billion API hits and handles more than 2.5 billion message events every day. Our platform manages over 470 terabytes of data distributed across five databases, operates with a network of over 250 microservices, and supports over 1 million hostnames.

About the Role:

In this role, you will build the importer that moves entire automation systems in one click. Solve complex data problems. Open new markets at scale.

Our automation platform handles 12B+ actions/month and powers real business outcomes for millions of SMBs. Your importer will be a critical gateway enabling seamless migration into this ecosystem.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience
building and maintaining large-scale backend and frontend systems
Strong fundamental engineering skills: architecture, clean code, testing.
Experience with
node.js / nest.js and react.js / angular.js / vue.js
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver reliable data pipelines and integrations
Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams, especially with product and design
Strong communication skills and ability to advocate for engineering excellence
Practical experience in reliable error handling at scale
Deep database knowledge (MongoDB, Firestore)
Proven experience handling complex API integrations and data transformations
Strong knowledge of queues (Pub/Sub, Redis) and asynchronous processing.

Responsibilities:

Architect and build an importer capable of migrating automation systems reliably and at scale
Parse complex external APIs and transform data into clear, usable structures
Ensure imports are robust, error-free, and handle bulk operations smoothly
Collaborate with product teams to deliver frictionless migrations
