Lead Software Engineer

As a Full Stack Developer at our company, you will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the full software development life cycle. Your role will involve working on both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. Your expertise in Agile methodologies will be valued by the team. Key Responsibilities: - Work with development teams and product managers to brainstorm software solutions. - Design client-side and server-side architecture. - Develop the front-end of applications with visually appealing designs. - Create and manage well-functioning databases and applications. - Write efficient APIs. - Test software for responsiveness and efficiency. - Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software. - Implement security and data protection measures. - Develop features and applications with a mobile-responsive design. - Prepare technical documentation. - Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to enhance software. Qualifications Required: - 8 to 12 years of experience in Full Stack Development. - Proven track record as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. - Experience in developing desktop and mobile applications. - Familiarity with common stacks. - Proficiency in multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery). - Proficiency in multiple back-end languages (e.g., .NET, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Node.js). - Knowledge of databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g., Apache), and UI/UX design. - Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. - Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a relevant field.
