Lead Software Development Engineer - Front - End Development

Key Responsibilities: - Analyze specifications and business needs to determine suitable technologies for meeting requirements. - Lead the design, build, and maintenance of high-performance, reusable code. - Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness while following best coding practices. - Translate storyboards and use cases into functional applications. - Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end code. - Perform analysis and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCAs) for production system issues. - Ensure cross-browser compatibility in application development. - Collaborate with business users and the creative team to visualize requirements effectively. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of software development experience with proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5 & CSS. - 3+ years of experience in MERN application development, preferably ReactJS. - Experience with state management tools like Redux, Redux Saga, or Thunk. - Design and build architecture for highly available, scalable, and high-performing applications. - Hands-on experience in designing user-friendly web applications. - Work with RESTful APIs and understand Database technology (SQL & NoSQL). - Proficiency in native JavaScript, OOPs concept, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving. - Develop responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. - Experience in writing test cases and mentoring small teams for skill development. - Take ownership of projects and tasks from start to finish.
