Key Responsibilities: - Analyze specifications and business needs to determine appropriate technologies and configurations to meet requirements. - Lead the design, build, and maintenance of high-performance, reusable, and reliable code. - Ensure the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Translate storyboards and use cases into functional applications. - Coordinate with back-end developers in integrating front-end code. - Collaborate with business users and the creative team to visualize requirements better. - Mentor small teams to enhance their skills and abilities, including conducting code reviews. - Take ownership of assigned projects and tasks, seeing them through from start to finish. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of software development experience with excellent coding skills in JavaScript, HTML5 & CSS. - 3+ years of experience in MERN application development (preferably ReactJS). - Experience in state management tools like Redux, Redux Saga, or Thunk. - Proficiency in designing and building architecture for highly available, scalable, and high-performing applications. - Hands-on experience in designing and building user-friendly web applications. - Experience working with RESTful APIs and understanding Database technology (SQL & NoSQL). - Proficiency in native JavaScript, OOPs concepts, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving. - Experience in developing responsive designs on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. - Good to have experience in writing test cases.
