Lead Software Developer

As a Lead Developer at dSPACE, you will be working on exciting and technologically cutting-edge product development projects in the areas of control prototyping and Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) simulation. You will have the opportunity to lead the development of a universal, modular experiment and instrumentation software for seamless ECU development as part of an AGILE team. Your responsibilities will include developing and enhancing software components, coordinating new functionalities with stakeholders, taking ownership of new functionalities, participating in Agile software development in C# under Windows, and contributing to DevOps efforts to build, test, and release software faster and more reliably. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and enhance software components self-dependently within an experienced agile team. - Coordinate new functionalities with stakeholders. - Take ownership, realize independently new functionalities & guide the team in solving complex problems. - Participate in Agile software development in C# under Windows. - Raise concerns over code quality or lacking test cases and fix problems once you see them. - Contribute to DevOps efforts to build, test, and release software faster and more reliable. **Qualifications Required:** - B.Tech/ M.Tech university degree in Computer Science/Electronics and Communication. - Minimum 10 years of experience and above. - Eager to learn and open-minded with strong software engineering skills. - Passion for building C#, .Net (6-8) applications and writing great code for them. - Experience in design and development of desktop applications (Front-End and Back-End) using WPF - MVVM framework. - Good knowledge of development of automated tests using Python, C#. - Familiarity with agile software development and use of Azure DevOps and Git. - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
