Job Description: To Develop, validate, and optimize discrete-event simulation models of manufacturing plants using Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.o Develop Virtual manufacturing model using Tecnomatix Process Simulate o Develop virtual models of PLC and IOT devices to mimic the actual PLC and iot devices in the plant.
Essential Skills: o Develop, validate, and optimize discrete-event simulation models of manufacturing plants using Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.o Develop Virtual manufacturing model using Tecnomatix Process Simulate o Develop virtual models of PLC and IOT devices to mimic the actual PLC and iot devices in the plant.
Desirable: o Conduct "what-if" scenarios to assess the impact of schedule changes, line stoppages, PLC/IOT device malfunction etc.o Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities using simulation data.
