Description
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining catalog forms, workflows, automations, integrations, and configurations related to requests, order guides, and record producer applications within the ServiceNow platform. Your role will involve implementing various components such as Flow Designer, Client Scripts, business rules, UI Actions, approval workflows, and other configurations to facilitate the creation, management, and maintenance of catalog forms and order guides. You will design and implement automations within ServiceNow while adhering to best practices for development and utilizing update sets to transfer configurations and development work between instances. Your participation in requirements gathering and workshops will be crucial to ensure alignment with stakeholders" needs. Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices and providing expert guidance on service catalog design and delivery. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with 8 to 11 years of ServiceNow development experience. You should have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, Service Requests, Change Requests, Record Producers, Order Guides, Reporting, Workflow, and Flow Designer. Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, REST, XML, and other relevant technologies is essential for troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving technical issues effectively. Preferred skills for this position include the ability to support different time zones based on project requirements, ServiceNow architecture and design experience, and relevant certifications such as CSA and CIS. Experience with Microsoft Power Automate is also considered beneficial for this role.,
