Lead Service Engineer

Role Overview: Providence is seeking a ServiceNow Lead Developer to join their team at the Global Centre in Hyderabad, India. As a part of the Information Service department, you will play a key role in transforming requirements into viable solutions utilizing various technological stacks. With a focus on healthcare technology and innovation, you will contribute to the digital transformation of health systems, ensuring improved patient outcomes and experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Possess 6-9 years of experience in developing and designing solutions within the ServiceNow Product suites - Expertise in ITOM areas including Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, CSDM, and Event Management, as well as Enterprise Architecture (EA) - Collaborate with technical and creative teams to analyze business problems and design solutions - Provide recommendations to optimize processes and align with the overall framework during requirements sessions - Prepare technical documentation for requirements, form layout, fields, and workflows - Partner with the ServiceNow business analyst and development team to determine the best technical solution for requirements - Conduct testing in pre-Prod environments to ensure requirements are met, defining test cases and acceptance criteria - Support the development and delivery of end-user training - Lead solution activities for the continuous growth of the ServiceNow deployment - Handle support and enhancement requests for respective modules - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to standard practices - Understand corporate strategic plans and fundamental business activities of Providence Qualifications Required: - Experience in development and implementation of ServiceNow, specializing in ITOM and Enterprise Architecture - Proficiency in Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, and Orchestration - Knowledge of aligning ITOM and EA processes with CSDM - Strong scripting, ACLs, business rules, and portal development skills - Effective prioritization, negotiation skills, and high energy - Excellent communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation abilities - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of agile methodology Note: Contact the Integrity hotline for any concerns and familiarize yourself with the company's Code of Conduct.,
