Job Description

As a Windows Level 3 (L3) Administrator at Neurealm Private Limited, your role involves being the subject matter expert responsible for the strategic design, advanced security, and deep-dive problem resolution of the entire Windows Server infrastructure. You will focus on complex, non-routine tasks that require architectural knowledge and high-level scripting proficiency. Your key responsibilities include: - Handling deep-dive troubleshooting and root cause analysis for the most complex and persistent issues. - Conducting systemic performance analysis using tools like Windows Performance Monitor, Resource Monitor, and advanced tools such as Windows Performance Analyzer and Process Monitor/Explorer. - Analyzing crash dumps and hangs using tools like the Windows Debugger to identify root code-level or driver issues. - Troubleshooting and resolving complex Active Directory (AD) environments, including issues like Lingering Objects, USN Rollbacks, and Intersite Replication failures. - Utilizing networking and protocol diagnostics tools like Wireshark or Microsoft Network Monitor for deep-packet inspection to diagnose complex network issues. - Involvement in architecture, design, and infrastructure projects such as planning and implementing major changes to the server environment. - Designing high availability and clustering solutions, implementing hybrid and cloud integration tools, and managing virtualization platforms. - Implementing and maintaining the highest security posture across the Windows environment through security hardening, advanced GPO management, and detailed Security Auditing Policies.
