Lead / Senior User Researcher

In this role as a User Researcher at Cvent, you will be part of the User Experience (UX) team dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for individuals involved in planning and attending meetings and events. Your main responsibility will be to shape products that simplify, streamline, and enhance the event planning process. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and conduct evaluative research including activities such as card sorting, tree testing, usability studies, and heuristic evaluations. - Support generative research efforts to gain a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors. - Effectively synthesize and communicate research findings to assist cross-functional teams in defining success metrics and driving product innovation. - Collaborate with design, product management, and marketing teams to formulate research questions, plan and execute studies, and analyze data to inform product decisions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a relevant field such as user experience, design, psychology, or business. - 6 to 9 years of experience conducting user research within a UX team, with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. - Additional knowledge of the hospitality industry and enterprise software is advantageous. - Experience in quantitative survey programming, UX research for event planning software, mobile app/web development, usability lab management, product globalization, and statistical analysis is a plus.,
