Lead / Senior Product Engineer-Frontend (Angular)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead/Frontend(Angular) Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the front-end development efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality and user-friendly web applications.

• Lead the front-end development team, providing technical guidance and mentorship to ensure best practices in coding, design, user experience, secure programming, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design, develop, and maintain highly interactive and responsive web applications using AngularJS.
• Implement secure coding practices to protect applications from vulnerabilities such as XSS, CSRF, and other common web security threats. Conduct regular security reviews and audits of the front-end codebase.
• Work with DevOps to integrate front-end development into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring smooth and efficient code deployment, automated testing, and continuous delivery.
• Work closely with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high code quality, performance, and security.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure continuous improvement and timely delivery of features.
• Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development, continuously improving our front-end stack and development processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing expert support to the development team.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for front-end architecture, components, development processes, and security guidelines.
