The role of Delivery Excellence (DX) team within Tiger is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives to enhance delivery processes. Collaborating closely with delivery Leadership and functional teams, DX focuses on designing, implementing, and overseeing world-class, scalable delivery processes. DX is instrumental in fostering process innovation and driving change management across the organization. In this role, you will collaborate with the DX Manager to identify delivery process gaps, define problem statements, and develop deployment plans. You will be responsible for executing and governing delivery excellence initiatives on the ground, while monitoring progress using objective parameters. Regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders, along with proactive risk identification and opportunity assessment, are essential for ensuring smooth adoption and impact. Key Requirements: - Understanding of Program Management and Project Management principles, particularly in IT services, IT product, or analytics organizations; possession of any PM certification is advantageous. - 3-6 years of experience in internal strategy, office of CXO, delivery excellence, or process/program management roles. - Ideal candidate holds a BE/B.Tech + MBA background. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Attention to detail and timeliness are crucial for success in this role. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and tackle unstructured, evolving business challenges.
