Lead- RPMS & Digitization

Role & responsibilities

1. Product Ownership & Development:

- Lead end-to-end platform development, including defining architecture, onboarding assets, and managing feature enhancements.

- Oversee development workflows and manage priorities using GitHub for code collaboration and Asana for project and task tracking.

- Deliver key functionalities such as real-time dashboards, equipment deviation analysis, predictive maintenance insights, and fault-tree diagnostics.

2. Digital Twin & Analytics Tools

- Design and manage digital twin models for rotating and static industrial equipment.

- Utilize platforms such as EBSILON, Edge Live, Smart Signal, and IVGI to simulate and monitor plant performance.

- Analyze operational data to generate actionable insights and support anomaly detection.

3. Client Engagement & Delivery

- Lead client interactions including product demonstrations, solution customization, and proposal development.

- Ensure successful deployment and ongoing optimization through structured reviews, performance reports, and stakeholder engagement.

4. Smart Manufacturing & EMS

- Contribute to the development of Smart Manufacturing solutions and Energy Management Systems aligned with Industry 4.0.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out advanced analytics and digital initiatives at client sites.

5. Team & Operations Leadership

- Anchor a multidisciplinary team of developers, data scientists, and subject matter experts.

- Establish and operate a Digital Analytics Center for real-time support, diagnostics, and client advisory.

- Drive continuous improvement in platform capability and client value delivery.

6. IIoT Strategy & Innovation

- Act as the central lead for IIoT initiatives across the division.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in industrial digitalization, integrating them into platform development and client solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

• In-depth knowledge of industrial utility systems and power plant operations.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in industrial environments.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Asana) and code collaboration platforms (GitHub).
• Client-centric approach with experience in solution selling and stakeholder communication.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and leadership in cross-functional environments
