Job Description

About the Role:

Natural Language Processing (NLP) Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and optimize
NLP models and algorithms
for text analysis, classification, sentiment detection, summarization, question answering, chatbots, and other language tasks.
Preprocess and analyze large-scale text data from diverse sources.
Develop and maintain
end-to-end NLP pipelines
, including data cleaning, feature extraction, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Work with
deep learning frameworks
(TensorFlow, PyTorch) and NLP libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers, NLTK, Gensim, etc.).
Collaborate with
software engineers and ML engineers
to integrate NLP models into production systems.
Stay up-to-date with
latest NLP research and techniques
, including transformer models, embeddings, and language generation.
Optimize models for
performance, efficiency, and scalability
in production.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters or PhD in
Computer Science, AI, Computational Linguistics, or related field
.
Experience with
large language models (LLMs), chatbots, or generative AI
.
Knowledge of
information retrieval, knowledge graphs, and semantic search
.
Experience with
distributed computing and big data tools
(Spark, Hadoop).
Contributions to
open-source NLP projects
or research publications.
