Job Description

Job Summary:

NLP Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement NLP algorithms and models for tasks such as text classification, entity recognition, sentiment analysis, machine translation, and language generation.
Preprocess and analyze large datasets including text cleaning, tokenization, and feature extraction.
Train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models for NLP applications.
Integrate NLP models into production systems and ensure scalability and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify use cases and tailor NLP solutions to meet business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in a relevant field.
Experience with large-scale language models and transfer learning techniques.
Knowledge of speech processing and conversational AI is a plus.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Understanding of MLOps practices for continuous integration and deployment of models.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
