Senior Software Engineer Integrations

Key Responsibilities

Lead the
design and development of integrations
with external platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Write
clean, efficient, and well-tested code
following best practices and coding standards.
Mentor and guide
junior engineers
, fostering growth and technical excellence.
Conduct
code reviews
to ensure quality and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with engineering leads to optimize
front-end and back-end integration
.
Stay current with
industry trends
and emerging Ruby on Rails technologies, advocating adoption where relevant.
Troubleshoot and resolve
complex technical issues
in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Extensive experience in Ruby on Rails development
, with a strong grasp of Ruby language and Rails framework.
Proven record of designing and delivering
complex features and web applications
.
Strong expertise in
front-end technologies
(HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end integration.
Excellent
problem-solving skills
and creativity in addressing technical challenges.
Demonstrated ability to
mentor and lead junior engineers
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
Solid experience in
database design and optimization
(relational databases).
Hands-on experience with
ElasticSearch or OpenSearch
.
Proficiency with
Git
and modern CI/CD practices.
Ability to drive
technical discussions, make architectural decisions, and influence strategy
