Job Description

Purpose of this role:

Handling multiple projects to reduce the return
Responsibility of the return stock management, Tracking the Service inventory across 7 locations.
Monitoring the returns stock updating in CRM & Refurbishment works and Manpower utilization efficiency management.
Ensure smooth return management operations to achieve the performance target set by the Key accounts.
Forecast the required spares for refurbishment works.
Work with CFT for arrangement spares, clearing of scrap stock as per SOP.
Be a part of NPD (New product Development), provide accurate, valid feedback for the product performance enhancement.
Timely prepare MIS to update seniors on the performance and progress of the work that is being given.
Ensure the Product / Packing Quality of the refurbished stock, by providing training to technicians.

Products: Water Heaters, Water Purifiers, Fan, Stabilizer, Air coolers, DUPS and Small & large kitchen Appliances.

Preferred candidate profile

Languages Known:

5-10 years of experience in technical facility Management / Return stocks / Refurbishment stock handling especially Ecommerce channel
Proven customer support experience with Electrical, Electronic and Home appliances.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
