Job Summary:


The Lead REFM will be responsible for managing office and facility operations, ensuring statutory compliance, handling vendor relationships, and negotiating agreements to secure quality services at optimal cost. The role requires close collaboration with various functions and departments to ensure smooth workplace operations, a strong focus on statutory adherence, and effective vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office and facility management, including infrastructure, maintenance, and associated logistics.
  • Track, monitor, and ensure closure of statutory requirements, maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Negotiate commercial and procurement agreements with vendors to achieve value-for-money service delivery.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationship management, ensuring service quality and timely performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational needs effectively.
  • Respond quickly to queries and service calls to ensure smooth functioning of facilities.
  • Ensure all statutory requirements are met by vendors and contracts are in place before engagement.
  • Monitor budget utilization for facilities and vendor services, ensuring cost efficiency.

Essential Requirements:

  • Right aptitude and positive attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills for effective internal and external coordination.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work with flexible timings based on operational needs.
  • Proven track record in facility management, vendor management, and statutory compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Real Estate & Facilities Management or related functions.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and vendor procurement processes.
