Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Technical Recruiter/Lead Technical Recruiter Work Hours: Night Shift (IST)- 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM, 5 days/week (Mon to Fri) Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Job Responsibilities: Recruit candidates through job portals, referrals, universities and network, prior database of candidates. Connect with candidates of a specific visa type to bring them on our training program or for direct marketing. Ability to interact, develop student network, and get candidates. Strong experience in hiring certain visa type candidates. Need to maintain a good relationship with team members as well as consultants. • Maintain the database of candidates along with all follow-up related information Posting vacancies on university websites and portals. Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds Responsible for negotiation, paperwork validation and close candidates. Explaining and Negotiation about compensation / packages, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, qualification to determine pay type/rate, relocation benefits for the consultants. Qualifications: Proficiency in relevant software/tools, e.g., Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and understandable manner. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A creative and proactive approach to talent acquisition.
