Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Lead ReactJs Developer to join our team at Fulcrum Technologies, playing a crucial role in designing and developing innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting, with expertise in ReactJs development.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient software applications using ReactJs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliverables.
Lead the development team in implementing best practices, coding standards, and testing methodologies.
Mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Job Requirements

Strong proficiency in ReactJs, including Hooks, Context API, and Redux.
Experience with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and ESLint.
Knowledge of state management libraries like MobX or Recoil.
Familiarity with modern UI/UX design trends and technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
