Quality Assurance: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and processes to ensure product or service quality.
Quality Control: Oversee the inspection and testing of products and services to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
Team Management: Manage a team of quality analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure the team's performance meets or exceeds expectations.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on quality assurance activities, including performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement, and present them to senior management.
