Lead QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  end-to-end testing life cycle

  – from planning and strategy to execution and reporting

  •

  Define scalable test strategies for functional, regression, UAT, API, and integration testing

  •

  Design and maintain automation frameworks using

  Selenium WebDriver (Java)

  and

  RestAssured

  •

  Guide and mentor QA team members; resolve technical blockers and provide leadership support

  •

  Collaborate with developers, BAs, DevOps, and product teams for successful delivery

  •

  Take ownership of QA deliverables, timelines, and quality outcomes

  •

  Conduct requirement reviews, impact analysis, and proactively identify risks

  •

  Ensure compliance with

  healthcare standards

  (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR) in all testing efforts

  •

  Track test metrics and continuously improve QA processes and coverage

  •

  Evaluate new tools and drive initiatives to improve test effectiveness and efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–8 years of QA experience with

  2+ years in a lead

  or senior QA role

  •

  Expertise in manual and automation testing using

  Selenium

  ,

  Java

  RestAssured

  ,

  Postman

  •

  Strong in

  SQL

  for database validation

  •

  Experience with healthcare systems like

  EHR/EMR

  , claims, or billing workflows

  •

  Knowledge of

  Familiarity with
