Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid role for a Lead QA Consultant based in Bengaluru South, with some work from home acceptable. The Lead QA Consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing testing protocols, conducting software and system tests, identifying quality issues, and collaborating with development teams to resolve defects. The individual will also be expected to mentor junior QA team members and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in designing and implementing testing protocols
• Experience in conducting software and system tests
• Ability to identify quality issues and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects
• Leadership and mentoring skills with junior QA team members
• Excellent understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with automation testing tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
