Job Description

As an experienced QA Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving quality across applications through manual, API, and automation testing. Your expertise in UI, API automation, and frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, and Selenium, along with solid programming skills in Java and JavaScript, will be instrumental in ensuring high-quality releases. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor the QA team, promoting best practices in testing and delivery. - Design and execute manual and automated test strategies for web, API, and mobile platforms. - Implement automation frameworks using Cypress, Playwright, and Selenium to enhance test coverage. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality releases. - Manage test plans, defect tracking, and reporting for project milestones. Requirements: - Hands-on experience in automation and manual testing. - Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and automation tools/frameworks. - Experience in API automation and mobile testing. - Demonstrated track record in team leadership and people management.
