As a Lead Projects & Planning professional for a reputed client, you will play a crucial role in driving project execution, planning, and cross-functional coordination for engineering and industrial projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and execution - Developing and monitoring project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation - Coordinating with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and site teams - Tracking project progress, risks, and corrective action plans - Ensuring timely and within budget project delivery as per scope - Reviewing BOQs, drawings, and technical documents for execution readiness - Managing vendors, subcontractors, and site coordination - Conducting project review meetings and presenting status reports to management - Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and company standards - Supporting leadership in process improvements and capacity planning To excel in this role, you should have: - 8-15 years of experience in projects & planning for engineering / EPC / industrial projects - Strong expertise in project scheduling, execution, and resource planning - Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Exposure to manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environments preferred Tools & Systems proficiency required: - MS Project / Primavera (preferred) - Advanced MS Excel & project dashboards - ERP systems for project tracking (preferred) Qualifications needed: - B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering - PMP / Prince2 certification (added advantage) This role is based in Pune and preference will be given to immediate joiners and candidates based in Pune.
