Lead Projects-Credit Card (New Platform & Solutions)

As a Lead Projects Credit Card for the Credit Cards department, your main responsibility will be to lead and manage projects focused on the development and implementation of new credit card platforms and solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful and timely delivery of projects. Key responsibilities include developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress to ensure project objectives are met, identifying and mitigating project risks and issues, conducting regular project status meetings, and providing updates to senior management. It will also be your responsibility to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. Furthermore, you will be expected to provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team. To be successful in this role, you are required to have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a similar capacity. A graduation degree in any field is necessary, and any post-graduation qualification would be an added advantage.
