Lead Project Management

Role Overview: As a Lead Project Manager at Omnicom Global Solutions, India, you will be responsible for supporting Project Management activities across various cross-functional teams such as creative, media, influencer, and paid/earned channels. Your role will involve ensuring seamless project execution, driving timelines, managing deliverables, and aligning with project objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage concurrent projects, including digital, social, experiential, and influencer campaigns. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop schedules, timelines, and project plans using tools like Smartsheets. - Coordinate with creative, paid media, earned media, and influencer teams to ensure timely delivery of pitch materials and campaign assets. - Support annual planning and scoping, working with senior leads to forecast costs and resource needs. - Track influencer contracts, content delivery, and review cycles in collaboration with account leads. - Identify project risks and proactively communicate mitigation strategies to internal stakeholders. - Drive cross-functional alignment by facilitating regular status meetings and ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders. - Monitor project performance using KPIs and dashboards, providing actionable insights to optimize campaign execution. - Continuously improve project workflows by identifying bottlenecks and implementing process enhancements. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree. - 6-8 years of experience in project management. - Strong understanding of project lifecycle, stakeholder coordination, and risk management. - Experience in influencer marketing. - Familiarity with Smartsheet, digital/social campaign workflows. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment. - Experience with healthcare, scoping, and budgeting is a plus. - Comfortable working Eastern Time hours (7 AM - 4 PM ET / 4 PM - 1 AM IST).
