Job Description

Responsible for advertising inventory growth across products. Manage all facets of the new publishers (direct publishers / SSPs) acquisitions, value proposition, negotiating rates and renewing contracts. This includes understanding and controlling inventory supply from each contracted publishers, SSPs. Monitor campaign performance on the acquired publishers and work closely with ad-operations team for optimizing the performance, thereby maximizing profitability for publishers and achieving the campaign delivery targets. Execute, optimize and Deliver DSPs (e.g. AdX) spends on Adgebra inventory. Monthly Publisher Report review. Troubleshoot tag and URL transparency issues. Manage incoming client requests regarding contractual issues and pricing. Continuously engage with publishers to maintain healthy working relationship based on mutual business value. Monitor publisher performance and fill-rate and work with publishers to increase both. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and deliver against monthly campaign targets. Handle Publisher discussions/updates and oversee Invoices/Payments from/to the publishers. Create and manage the publisher performance reporting to the management team and any feedbacks. Experience Requirement: Excellent understanding of Digital Advertising and Affiliate Marketing. An outstanding understanding and functional knowledge of (VAST, VPAID, ad-serving, SSP, DSP, oRTB etc.). Experience in creating a network of sizable digital publishers, and onboarding them on SSPs or Ad-exchanges. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in programmatic ad operations, revenue optimization, especially in Tier-1 markets. A good understanding of the open RTB ecosystem and working knowledge of different channels, ad formats, SSPs, DSPs, inventory types. Experience trafficking display and video ads cross-device a must. A previous experience in the ad industry is a prerequisite (publisher, trading desk, DSP, SSP, ad-networks, etc. Experience in publisher side ad operations in optimizing inventory ad revenue. Programmatic advertising knowledge will be added advantage. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and online advertising domain. Work with DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, and high scale programmatic direct publishers on a global scale in a wide range of programmatic media channels and formats. Maintain and grow relationships with agencies, trading desks, DSPS, SSPs in order to facilitate seamless deal executions.
