Job Description

About the Role:

The candidate will be responsible for managing study abroad product development and supporting marketing and brand enhancement activities for test preparation programs, such as the GRE, GMAT, and SAT, as well as admissions consulting services.

Product Management:

  • Own the lifecycle of study abroad programs (Product management, development & improvements)
  • Monitor student outcomes, program engagement, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that relevant programs are launched on time and accurately updated on websites, CRM, etc., across the organization
  • Formulating a business strategy to achieve the desired market share
  • Optimize student journey and sales funnel using data-driven insights and key education marketing metrics.
  • Creating a process to capture student success (test score/university admission)
  • Assist in providing updates and resolving program-related inquiries from Centers and Business Partners.

Marketing & Brand Enhancement Support:

  • Define the brand positioning strategy with the head of brand enhancement
  • Develop and manage high-quality marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, digital creatives, emails, landing pages, etc.).
  • Plan and monitor marketing and lead generation campaigns (search, display, social media, email, automation etc.).
  • Plan content for YouTube and other platforms to create brand recall and authority
  • Plan social media presence, Website/WhatsApp/Telegram/Email content, ensuring it aligns with brand tone and engages target audiences for brand recall

Cross-functional Support:

  • Act as the central POC across tech, sales, and marketing teams etc from a product perspective
  • Align internal stakeholders around product launches, campaigns, and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the study abroad education or test prep industry
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills that connect with students and parents
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects on time
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and customer research insights methodologies.
  • Proficient in data analysis/Business Intelligence. Comfortable with CRM Analytics/Excel for reporting and analysis.
