As a Lead / Education Advisor, your primary goal is to support our students in achieving their academic and career aspirations while contributing to our revenue targets. You will provide expert guidance to help them choose the most suitable study programs offered by IMS Learning Resources Pvt. Ltd. This involves ensuring they understand the necessary entrance tests, the selection processes and future career prospects. By effectively matching students with IMS programs aligned with their career objectives, you play a crucial role in fostering their success. Your expertise and dedication are essential in enhancing student satisfaction ensuring enrolment and thereby meeting our financial goals as well. Role & responsibilities Provide Expert Guidance: Offer expert advice and counseling to students on choosing suitable study programs offered by IMS Learning Resources Pvt. Ltd Assist students in understanding the entrance tests, selection criteria, and future career opportunities associated with the programs. 2. Align Programs with Career Goals: Conduct assessments of students' academic backgrounds, interests, and career aspirations to recommend programs that align with their goals Provide personalized recommendations and pathways tailored to each student's individual needs. 3. Empower Informed Decision- Making Ensure students are well-informed about their options, helping them make educated decisions regarding their academic and career paths. Guide students through the application and enrollment processes, clarifying any queries they have 4. Enhance Enrollment and Satisfaction: Foster a positive experience for students by offering exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with IMS Address concerns promptly and effectively, aiming to enhance student satisfaction and retention 5. Stay Updated on Educational Trends: Stay abreast of current trends and developments in education, particularly in fields relevant to IMS programs Continuously update knowledge and resources to better assist students in navigating their educational choices 6. Contribute to Organizational Goals: Contribute actively to achieving organizational revenue targets through effective lead management and ensuring required student enrolments Prepare monthly action plan aimed at expanding and improving enrolment and lead nurturing. 7. Maintain Professionalism and Compliance: Adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines in all interactions with students, colleagues, and external partners. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, database management and regulations. Preferred candidate profile Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively counsel and guide students. Empathy and Patience: Ability to empathize with students' concerns and patiently address their queries and needs. Analytical Thinking: Capacity to assess students' academic backgrounds and career aspirations to recommend suitable programs. Decision-Making: Skill in guiding students through complex decision-making processes regarding their education and career choices.
