About The Role

We’re hiring a Lead Product Designer to serve as both a design leader and a strong collaborator across functions. You’ll represent design in cross-functional conversations, ensuring that it influences strategy as much as execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on design priorities.
  • Represent design in leadership conversations with product and engineering.
  • Advocate for user-first solutions while balancing business needs.
  • Mentor designers on collaboration and communication skills.
  • Contribute to a culture of openness, feedback, and shared ownership.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7 years of product design experience with leadership qualities.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners.
  • Experience influencing roadmaps through design perspectives.
  • Strong portfolio showing impactful design leadership.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
