Lead Product - Debit Card

Role Overview: As a Lead Product Debit Card, you will be responsible for the Debit Cards products propositions and new initiatives aimed at maximizing revenue and optimizing costs. Your role will involve building customer-centric value propositions, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, tracking product-wise metrics, leading campaigns, developing product strategies, and leveraging big data and Artificial Intelligence for targeted interventions and continuous product improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Construct product roadmap for existing and new product launches - Obtain buy-in from the team and guide them towards a common roadmap - Utilize data-driven approach for deriving insights and making product decisions - Manage stakeholders effectively both internally and externally - Develop long-term vision based on customer and business needs - Source and manage alliances for the Debit card product suite - Understand internal system architecture and build user journeys and product features - Manage product marketing through various channels - Utilize SQL, databases, and MS Office for analysis and tracking Qualification Required: - Minimum of 6+ years of product management experience, including P/L management in consumer-facing products, preferably in card product management - Full-time Masters Degree from Tier 1 B-School majoring in Finance, Marketing, Management, or Business Administration - Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate long-term visions effectively - Ability to work with statistical techniques for experimentation and analysis - Proficiency in managing partnerships and alliances - Experience in product marketing through different media channels (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
