In this role, you will:

Drive continuous improvement and excellence in key KPIs like Machine stops, Machine waste, Total Waste, unplanned downtime and consumer complaints by doing following -

Develop and implement operations practices for asset care as well as autonomous, predictive and preventive maintenance program.

Drive Centerlining, process change management.

Drive and implement best practices and Kaizens, QCO initiatives.

Lead new product development, RSR, MSR for the plant.

Identify and implement solutions for repeated QNCs, consumer complaints.

Capability building of team for Process skills, conduct simple problem solving and RCA

Key Qualifications and Experiences:

Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

5-10 years of experience in manufacturing.

TPM proficiency and experience.

Detailed knowledge of mechanical & process.

Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Strong analytical skills to evaluate root cause analysis, thoroughness and problem solving skills; ability to collaborate and influence based on data.
