Lead Process Engineering

Role & responsibilities

• Guide the

  Sales and Business Development teams

  in preparing technical proposals for process equipment and turnkey projects.
• Lead

  technical discussions and presentations

  with clients to finalize process concepts and project requirements.

• Design and develop

  Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) in coordination with clients, consultants, and internal design teams.
• Develop

  process flow designs

  across industries such as epoxy resins, adhesives, paints, and food processing.
• Contribute to

  process optimization, process control, and continuous improvement

  initiatives.
• Prepare

  Bill of Materials (BOMs), cost estimation, and technical documentation

  for project proposals.
• Provide

  technical consultancy

  to clients on equipment sizing, utility requirements, CAPEX/OPEX estimation, and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with

  cross-functional teams

  to ensure smooth project execution and technical accuracy.

• Train and support

  the sales team on product knowledge and technical aspects of process equipment and systems.

Preferred candidate profile

• 810 years of

  core experience in chemical, adhesive, or related process industries

  .
• Strong expertise in

  process engineering, equipment sizing, and plant design

  .
• Proficiency in

  PFD and P&ID development, process simulation, and optimisation

  .
• Solid understanding of

  industry safety standards and regulatory compliance

  .
• Excellent

  communication and client-facing skills

  .
• Ability to

  mentor and guide junior engineers

  and support the sales team technically.

Educational Qualification:

• B.E. / M.E. in

  Chemical Engineering

Preferred:

• Experience with

  turnkey projects

  and cross-functional project management.
• Exposure to

  process industries

  such as adhesives, paints, resins, and food processing.
