1. Lead Process Engineering with 12 to18 years of experience, including minimum 8 years in process engineering and 3 years in senior roles (HoD/Dy. HoD) in Ammonia, Urea and Power plants.
2. Oversee daily plant performance review, identify improvement areas, and drive energy efficiency and benchmarking initiatives.
3. Manage NG/GAIL liaison, gas contracts, billing verification, pooled price data submission, and ensure uninterrupted gas availability.
4. Handle ISO/IMS compliance (ISO 9001/14001/45001/50001), statutory requirements, FICC/DoF reporting, and regulatory audits.
5. Conceptualize new projects, conduct feasibility studies, review basic/detailed engineering packages, and coordinate with consultants.
6. Support implementation of improvement schemes in coordination with production, maintenance, vendors, and technical teams.
7. Conduct RCA for chronic issues, use problem-solving tools, and provide analytical reports to senior executives.
8. Evaluate performance of critical equipment such as compressors, turbines, pumps, boilers, cooling towers, reformers, and heat exchangers.
9. Manage HAZOP studies, technical evaluations, energy audits (BEE/PAT/CCTS), and ensure compliance with energy conservation requirements.
10. Provide accurate performance data, MIS, and presentations for senior management, business reviews, and support ESG data requirements.
