Job Description

In this role as a Lead Presales Executive for FSM NeoFlow, the Task Management Software, your primary responsibility will be to drive the technical sales process by engaging with prospects, delivering product demonstrations, and ensuring that the solution meets customer needs across various industries such as Facility Management, Fire & Safety, Healthcare, Infrastructure, and Telecom sectors. Your contribution will be crucial in showcasing the capabilities of FSM NeoFlow and customizing solutions for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Understand client workflow automation, task tracking, and workflow management needs. - Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and technical discussions tailored to different industries. - Customize FSM NeoFlow's features like task automation, workflow configurations, dynamic forms, and real-time tracking. - Partner with the sales team to craft compelling pitches and proposals. - Assist in responding to RFPs/RFIs and preparing customized solutions. - Address technical queries, workflow automation challenges, and competitive differentiators. - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to align FSM NeoFlow with customer requirements. - Gather client feedback and contribute to product roadmap discussions. - Provide insights on industry-specific use cases in Facility Management, Healthcare, Fire & Safety, Infrastructure, and Telecom. - Ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation teams. - Assist in initial product setup, workflow configuration, and user adoption strategies. - Stay updated on industry trends in Task Management, Workflow Automation, and SaaS-based FSM solutions. - Contribute to product improvements based on customer feedback and competitive analysis. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Sales Engineering in SaaS or enterprise software. - Strong understanding of Task Management, Workflow Automation, and Field Service Management (FSM) solutions. - Experience conducting product demos, POCs, and customer workshops. - Ability to craft and respond to RFPs/RFIs and prepare technical documentation. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Engineering. - Experience in Facility Management, Healthcare, Fire & Safety, Infrastructure, or Telecom is a plus.,
