Lead PLM Engineer

As an expert in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), you will be responsible for providing business process consulting services to clients, implementing tailored PLM solutions, and ensuring adherence to industry best practices. Your expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI), product engineering, Bill of Materials (BOM) management, product development, and quality management will be crucial for successful project implementations. Additionally, your proficiency in Windchill PLM technical and functional flow will play a key role in optimizing PLM processes. Your role will also involve coordinating project change management activities, maintaining effective communication among stakeholders, and serving as a liaison between business and technical teams. You will oversee user management, ensure compliance with security policies, and provide technical support and training to users for efficient utilization of PLM systems. In terms of business analysis, your prior experience in PLM technologies is vital. You will conduct detailed analysis to identify process improvement opportunities and translate business requirements into functional specifications for PLM solutions. Your excellent communication and project management skills will be essential for successful client interactions and timely project delivery. Furthermore, you will be expected to stay updated with the latest trends in the PLM domain, seek opportunities to enhance system functionality, and provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members when necessary. Qualifications required for this role include a BTech/BE with an MBA preferred, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple projects concurrently. Certification in relevant PLM technologies will be considered a plus.
