Key Responsibilities:

  • Require strong leadership and communication skills to support daily plant operations and collaborate with other departments.
  • Oversees plant-related administrative functions, focusing on facility management, administrative SOPs, staff support, and operational efficiency.
  • Managing office/plant supplies, coordinating maintenance, timekeeping, and ensuring compliance with safety and administrative regulations.
  • Will manage the administration budget of the plant.
  • Will Lead the facility management activities of the plant.
  • Display Strong Service Orientation towards all tasks
  • Prompt response for employees well-being in case of any accident/event at plant
  • Ensure good monitoring of security personnel deployed at plant to control pilferage
  • Ensure plant is monitored under CCTV surveillance 24 x 7.
  • Ensure Housekeeping & Security Agency delivers services as per Work Order requirements & checklist.
  • Canteen management as per standard requirement.
  • Visitor Management.
  • Train the services team (office boys, receptionists, security) for the fulfilment of all duties with service orientation.
  • Ensure adequate facility for employee transportation to plant from various locations
  • Facilitate employee engagement, and welfare activities across the plant by close coordination with the HR team. Role & responsibilities

Required Skills:

  • Leadership and management: Proven experience in leadership, team building, and managing staff.
  • Communication: Living customer orientation, Strong verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills: enabling colabartion, Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in SAP.
  • Business acumen: Knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning and budgeting.
  • Problem-solving: Manage Complexity, Taking Ownership, Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

IT Skills:

  • MS Excel /Advance Excel-(Advanced)
  • MS Power Point (Advanced)
  • SAP Well versed with PR, SEs process
