Job Purpose The Lead Performance & Reward role at Aptia is pivotal in designing, implementing, and managing performance management systems and total rewards strategies. This includes overseeing compensation, benefits, and incentive programs to attract, retain, and motivate high-performing employees while ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness. Key Responsibilities Performance Management - Design and execute the performance management framework, including goal setting, appraisal processes, calibration, and feedback mechanisms. - Drive the performance review cycle to ensure fairness, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives. - Collaborate with business leaders to cultivate a high-performance culture through effective tools and training. - Analyze performance data to identify trends, performance gaps, and development needs. Compensation & Benefits - Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitiveness. - Manage annual compensation reviews, bonus, and incentive planning processes. - Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and cost-effectiveness. Reward Strategy & Projects - Develop and implement reward and recognition programs aligned with business goals and employee engagement. - Lead projects on executive compensation, equity/stock programs, or international mobility as necessary. - Ensure compliance with local and international compensation laws and regulations. - Collaborate with Finance and HRBPs to manage reward-related budgets and forecasting. Analytics & Governance - Utilize data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of performance and reward initiatives. - Prepare dashboards and reports for HR leadership and executive teams. - Ensure governance and audit controls for performance and compensation processes.
