Websites: www.aaynaclinic.com | www.akarabyaayna.com Industry: Luxury Skincare & Aesthetic Services Locations: New Delhi (SDA, Khan Market), Gurugram Role Summary The Performance Marketing professional will be responsible for driving high-quality lead generation, maintaining consistent inflow across all clinic locations, and strengthening brand visibility for AAYNA and Akara by AAYNA. The role requires balancing brand awareness with performance efficiency and working closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and relevant platforms. • Ensure steady lead inflow for all clinic locations through location-wise targeting and budget allocation. • Balance brand awareness and lead generation campaigns. • Monitor and optimise cost per lead, lead quality, and appointment booking rates. • Work in close coordination with the in-house social media and graphic design teams. • Partner with clinic and sales teams to improve lead-to-consultation conversion. • Maintain accurate tracking through pixels, GA, CRM, UTMs, and call tracking. • Test audiences, creatives, formats, and funnels regularly. • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. • Ensure spends are efficient and aligned with business targets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Leads per clinic per month • Cost per Lead (CPL) by location and service • Lead quality and appointment show-up rate • Lead-to-consultation conversion rate • Revenue influenced by paid marketing • Brand reach and frequency • Budget utilisation efficiency • Reporting accuracy and speed
Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing. • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads. • Experience with location-based campaigns. • Strong analytical and reporting skills. • Ability to work cross-functionally with creative and sales teams.
