Job Description

Job Title: Lead Payroll Specialist

Location: Kolkata

Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only

Experience Required: 11-14 years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Formal Education & Certification

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

MBA in HR or equivalent preferred.

Basic computer knowledge required (MS- Office Applications)

Working Experience of 11 – 14 years in Payroll

Knowledge & Experience

Excellent understanding of core process step and impact thereo f

Proficiency in Australian tax regulations, Understanding of Australian Payroll legislation & compliance, Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards (NES), Awards & Enterprise agreements, Superannuation Guarantee, Payroll Tax, Long Service Leave etc.

Prepare Payroll data, calculate payroll, Payroll approval workflow, Disburse payroll, Payroll compliance & reporting, Post payroll activities.

Work Conditions

Occasional extended work hours to meet deadlines.

Ability to work 24*7 shift timings.

Ability to deliver effective training sessions.
