Lead Packaging

Job Role: Lead Packaging

Location: Bangalore

Position Reports to : Head - Packaging

Responsibility:

 Hands-on experience in tests like PRT, ESCR & Mold qualification related to all tests.

 To manage development for primary, secondary and tertiary Packaging of various product portfolio for all locations.

 Release and maintain PM BOM, Specifications/Key line drawings.

 Evaluate alternate materials/format/design for savings and sustainable packaging.

 Conduct trials for NPD, Value engineering, Quality improvement etc.

 Ensure all tests and validations done by QC are as per approved SOPs/ STPs.

 Guide factory team for process related improvement with respect to packaging.

 Frequent Travelling for approvals (At vendor places & Wipro factories)

 Work on projects related to PCR (Post Consumer Recycle) regulations.

Skills/Qualifications:

 Minimum 8 years of relevant experience

 Qualification in packaging and plastic engineering

 Good written and verbal communication skills

 Good internal and external stakeholder management skills

Work from Office 5.5 days in a week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
