Lead-Outbound Phone Banking

As the Out-bound Unit Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of the Out-bound unit. This includes selecting, onboarding, and managing the team to drive productivity and operational efficiency. You will provide regular reports on Outbound call performance, analyze data trends, and offer insights to management for strategic decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing Projects and Campaigns related to Sales, Service & VRM - Coordinating with business teams to strategize sales and service via call campaigns - Overseeing all outbound activities such as lead generation, sales presentation, sales negotiations, Campaigns, service sales & VRM - Generating sales opportunities and closing sales by educating, qualifying, and presenting products and services to prospective stakeholders - Overseeing outbound Specialists, Team leaders, and officers - Reviewing reports from Internal audit / risk team to identify repeat areas of non-compliance and ensure related closures - Informing and collaborating within and across departments to drive overall sales targets - Driving customer acquisition strategies through outbound campaigns - Conducting market research and competitor analysis Qualifications required: - Previous experience in managing outbound operations - Strong analytical skills to analyze data trends and offer insights - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to drive sales targets and customer acquisition strategies Please note that there are no additional details about the company provided in the job description.,
