We have a strong presence in the US, UK, Canada, China, Chile, and Mexico and have multiple offices across India, including Hyderabad, Gurugram, Delhi, Noida, Pune, and Bangalore Job Title: Lead Network Engineer Location: Hyderabad/Pune/Gurgaon Experience: 8- 12 Years Skills: Aruba, Cisco, Palo Alto, Solarwinds, ITIL, CUCM Role & responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, providing guidance on best practices, troubleshooting, and professional development. Develop, implement, and maintain network architecture strategies in alignment with business goals. Hands-on experience in managing, configuring, and troubleshooting L2/L3 switches, ACL management, and QoS policy, including firmware upgrades. Manage and troubleshoot SD-WAN gateways, firewalls, and load balancers, with expertise in Palo Alto Panorama. Expertise in DHCP, DNS, and wireless infrastructure (WAPs, controllers), with a focus on high-availability solutions. Oversee network automation initiatives, including scripting (Python, Ansible, etc.), to optimize network performance and reduce manual tasks. Lead Cisco CUCM administration, including configuration and management of VoIP phones (Certification preferred). Expertise in network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds (NPM, NCM, NTA, NAM) for monitoring, automation, and management of network operations. Oversee Asset, Change, and Incident Management in line with ITIL practices. Lead field dispatch coordination and network transition management for new deployments and upgrades. Monitor ISP and infrastructure performance, handling incident logging, triage, escalation, and resolution. Manage and enforce security policies, vulnerability assessments, and patch management for network devices. Maintain network backup configurations and oversee disaster recovery planning. Define and maintain operational documentation for all network systems and processes. Requirements: 8+ years of network engineering experience, with 3+ years in a leadership or senior role Strong knowledge of SD-WAN, firewall, and load balancing technologies. Experience with network automation tools (Python, Ansible, etc.) for large-scale deployments. Deep understanding of IT security principles (firewalls, VPNs, zero-trust networking) and compliance frameworks (SOC, PCI, GDPR). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. Certifications preferred: CCNA, PCNSE, Aruba ACSP/ACCP. PMP certification is a plus.
