Job Description We are looking for experienced Lead Network Engineers to support and enhance Strategys global hybrid network infrastructure, including Azure, AWS, GCP, Stack , and Strategy physical office locations worldwide . You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and resilient network environments that support both corporate and customer-facing systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and manage secure and high-performance network architectures across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Stack) and on-premises environments. Lead or contribute to the network setup and maintenance of global office locations , including WAN, LAN, VPN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, and firewall solutions. Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of the network infrastructure. Implement and maintain cloud network connectivity (VPCs, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, VPNs, Interconnects). Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, Security, and IT teams to support new deployments and infrastructure initiatives. Perform network assessments, audits, and optimisations for cost, performance, and security. Monitor and respond to network incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid recovery. Document network topologies, procedures, and changes in a clear and organised manner. Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical design reviews and planning sessions.
