As a Lead Member Staff Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of high-performance systems, working on significant projects that impact millions of users globally. Your focus will be on creating scalable, efficient, and reliable solutions by leveraging your strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and programming languages like C++, Java, or Python. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and optimize software systems and applications to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance. - Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions for large-scale projects. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices in software development. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality products. - Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership across the team. - Stay updated with the latest technology advancements and advocate for the adoption of modern tools and methodologies. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier institution. - Strong foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms with the ability to solve complex computational problems. - Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python. - Experience in working with architects to write low-level design documents and create technical roadmaps. - Re-architect existing algorithms and implementations, working with simulations for functional performance. - Experience in large-scale systems design and architecture. - Strong problem-solving skills, focusing on writing efficient and optimized code. - Experience with microservice platforms, Algorithmic development, version control systems, and REST-based API integration. - Good RDBMS skills and experience in DB/SQL. - Understanding of design patterns, object-oriented design, and frameworks. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly. - Demonstrated ability to take ownership of technical projects and deliver end-to-end solutions.
