About the Role

real estate marketing, brand building, and lead generation

  1. MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent.
  2. 5 - 7 years of experience in

    real estate marketing

    (mandatory).
  3. Strong grasp of

    digital marketing platforms, marketing automation, analytics tools.

  4. Experience in

    media planning, brand launches, campaigns

    .
  5. Excellent project management, negotiation, and vendor coordination skills.
  6. Ability to

    challenge agencies & sales teams

    constructively to push for

    higher per square feet pricing

  7. Strong communication, leadership, and execution mindset.



1. Strategic Planning & Brand Management

  • Develop and execute 360 marketing strategies for real estate projects, digital, print, OOH, events, PR, activations.
  • Position projects with clear brand identity, USPs, and differentiated messaging.
  • Plan and monitor annual marketing budgets, ensuring ROI-driven spends.

2. Agency & Vendor Management

  • Manage & challenge creative, digital, PR, and media agencies to deliver performance-driven campaigns.
  • Negotiate with vendors for cost optimization without compromising quality.
  • Oversee media buying & planning ,print, outdoor, digital, radio marketing.

3. Lead Generation & Digital Marketing

  • Own performance marketing (Meta, Google, programmatic portals like 99acres, MagicBricks et al).
  • Track CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR, conversion rates, and optimize campaigns.
  • Drive SEO, SEM, website performance, landing pages, and marketing automation (CRM integrations, drip campaigns).

4. Sales Coordination & Last Mile Execution

  • Partner with the sales team to ensure lead quality, nurturing, and faster closures.
  • Plan and execute on-ground activations, site branding, signage, events, and launches.
  • Develop sales collaterals, brochures, walkthrough videos, project microsites &other tools that aid.
  • Monitor the customer journey from enquiry site visit, booking, handover

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Define and track KPIs for all campaigns, CPL, CPLQ (Cost per Lead Qualified), CPA (Cost per Acquisition).
  • Generate weekly/monthly dashboards for management with actionable insights.
  • Run tests for creatives, messaging, and channels
