Knowledge of Lease Accounting concepts like Leases, Invoices, Utilities, Straight Line Rent, Common Area Maintenance CAM ReconciliationsShould have atleast 1-3 years of Team handling experiencePerform Review of Balance Sheet Reconciliations & Audit SchedulesEnsure Daily Close Monthly activities are appropriately assigned and completed timely/accuratelyMentoring Training higher team with subject matter expertiseEnsuring SLAs of the process is greenPerform various Reporting & AnalysisShould be able to drive the teamShould have customer handling experience
